NIO is a Chinese all-electric vehicle company that values user experience above all else. The silicon valley design studio was tasked with demonstrating strategic opportunities and supporting shipping products for the nascent automaker's vehicles and services.

The role grew to encompass a much more strategic emphasis. Collaborating with many different departments throughout the VW Group, I worked to evangelize, visualize, and embody changes needed to transform the automotive giant for a new generation and in a new economy.
